Nausheen Akhter, MD

Nausheen Akhter, MD is a cardiologist and medical director of the Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography Program and leads the Cardio-Oncology Service at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Dr. Akhter specializes in echocardiography and cardio-oncology. Dr. Akhter is board certified in echocardiography, cardiovascular computer tomography, nuclear cardiology and cardiovascular disease. She is an assistant professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
