Road runner moving and storage was amazing. They were right on time for my move. I had asked for a smaller truck and they recommended based on how many rooms the house was and what they were moving that I go to the larger size truck. I agreed to that even though a voice in my head was telling me this was nothing more than an up-sell and what do you know? The upgraded truck size was absolutely perfect and they were able to do the move in one trip. Any smaller and two trips would have had to have been made which would have cost me more money in the long run.

I was highly satisfied with my first experience using the Road Runner Moving and Storage. They showed up on time, were professional and got the move completed in under the estimated time. In addition, they fixed one of the feet on my dressers that had started to come apart. I would definitely recommend them! These guys did an excellent job, were very friendly and efficient. The guys were remarkably professional and the pricing that the Justin from the office gave me was affordable. From the couple of companies I called they were at least 25% lower rates than anyone else I called. Paul and Kyle were awesome; highly recommend.

Road Runner Moving and Storage just gave me a great experience on a last minute move. We had an appointment with another company that kept changing their pick up times on us and we got fed up and canceled them. Luckily Road Runner was able to fit us into their schedule, on a Sunday morning, no less. They even ended up being cheaper than the other moving company. However these guys really went above and beyond ensuring our property and items were well taken care of.

Road Runner Moving and Storage just moved a one bedroom apartment worth of things for me to the suburbs on short notice and under the original budget. The guys on the truck were great. The office was quick to confirm issuance of the certificate of insurance. The total bill was about half of one other estimate I got from another moving company. Half the cost and nothing was damaged is the best you could ask for

The movers were on time, packed everything quickly and with care, and the unload process was even faster. They were very professional. I love how they make sure to tell you about the fine print and about what may incur extra charges. My move was sort of a last minute move and yet they took the time to explain everything to me and still made it happen in the short amount of time. I would absolutely use them again.

Today, I moved apartments and I can now safely say after going through all my things that the entire operation from scheduling to delivery was flawless. I was skeptical of paying by the hour. However, Road Runner Moving and Storage was outstanding and everybody working there made it happen. From Stephen the guy at the office to Carson the crew leader. The movers made a nice tip that day. I am a business owner myself and I'm extremely meticulous about my work. So believe me when I tell you that these guys were impressive and I always appreciate when a company strives to excel. AMAZING! Road Runner Moving and Storage exceeded my expectations. The crew (Larry, Hank, Jay, and Ed) made moving from two houses to another house a breeze. They took great care in moving all of the furniture, demonstrated impeccable packing skills, and set everything down and up to my liking. This was my second time using them and I would highly recommend Road runner to all of my family and friends. Moving is stressful enough but these guys help relieve a lot of the stress and anxiety of moving.
