W e are not real estate agents nor are we associated with any real estate brokerages. We are a group of real estate investors and through our experience of buying properties, we noticed a market for people who needed to sell their homes quickly.

Some needed to sell because they were behind on payments, facing a power of sale, or bought new property and needed to sell the old one first. Some were in dire situations and needed a fast sale to avoid damaging their credit or potentially going bankrupt. Waiting the usual two or three months to sell their home through a real estate agent wasn't a viable option. There were no guarantees that their house would sell and even worse, they had to pay huge realtor fees.

After speaking with some of these upset homeowners we realized that we could bring value in these stressful situations by offering a fast sale and even help salvage their credit or avoid bankruptcy so that they could get on with their life!
