I was born in Utah, raised in California and relocated back to Salt Lake in 1988. I have lived in Utah for the past 20 years and know the Salt Lake area very well. As a Realtor, I have extensive knowledge of each of the communities in the Salt Lake Valley, as well as Utah County, where I also lived and attended college. I offer my clients Concierge Service, which means I will care for your home while I have itlisted for sale. So, for example, if your kitchen light bulb burns out, I will buy and install a replacement bulb; or if your mailbox is run over, I will buy or build you a new one. (I've actually done this before, believe it or not.) The point of offering a higher level of service is because selling a home is already stressful for a homeowner, and the last thing you should be worried about is a dead light bulb or a broken mailbox. I believe in the old addage, "You get what you pay for" and that's why I offer Concierge Service to my clients.
