Our unwavering commitment to non-GMO and Gluten Free foods keeps us focused on sourcing our ingredients from local farmers and regional suppliers who share our passion for organic practices and earth-friendly principles. Our meats are local, grass-fed and our poultry is organic.

We love supporting our organic local farmers by sourcing as many ingredients as they offer us. Our dishes are designed to showcase the freshness of every ingredient. We use extra virgin olive oil and grape seed oil for sautéing and pan-frying, and organic/grass-fed butter, ghee, olive oil and coconut oil for baking. Our dairy is grass-fed/organic and our baking ingredients are organic.
