And as such, you can feel confident that when we visit your home, we are viewing it with trained and experienced eyes. Owner Grant Morrill has been taking care of other people’s homes since the end of the last century, through his home repair and remodeling company in Pebble Beach & Carmel Ca., A Man Around the House. What began as a favor for a customer, who had departed for their Palm Springs home leaving the house open, has grown into The Second Home Management Company, Inc.

Our customers require an elevated level of attention and diligence. Whether we are there on an inspection visit, admitting a tradesperson, or preparing for you or your guests to arrive, as house managers we are constantly anticipating events that could jeopardize the integrity of your house.
