Basic Services:

Basic Home Inspection includes...

Check for weather damage issues.
Inspect all doors and windows.
Monitor efficient A/C equipment.
Check ceilings & walls for damage.
Check for mold and mildew.
Check all plumbing for leaks.
Check water levels in toilets.
Unplug appliances including TV's.
Inspect the interior of garage.
Turn off water as directed.
Turn off hot water at electric panel.
Ensure security system is working.
Start and run automobiles.
If any problems occur, pictures will be taken.

Bi-Monthly Services:

A+ Home Watch will inspect your home every two weeks. We check for structural soundness, mechanical maintenance, lawn and foliage care, door & windows security, water trap levels, air conditioning and refrigerator operations, signs of water leaks, pest control, and much more.


Weekly Services:

A+ Home Watch will manage the home every week, including all the same procedures as Home Watch Inspections. In addition we manage your sub-contractors weekly (housekeepers, lawn care, pool service; etc.) as you request, open and close the property for sub-contractors and for guests. We become the main point of contact person for all your sub-contractors and guests.

A+ Home Concierge is an add-on service that can arrange any service (for cost based fee) that would make your arrival and stay in Naples and Marco Island more enjoyable. Some examples of Concierge Services are grocery shopping, fresh flowers, event tickets, Limo services, yacht services, fishing charters, dinner cruise, manage your car, and many other concierge services.
