Welcome to Anne Hayes Transformation! The founder, Anne Hayes, more affectionately known as Mama G, is excited about sharing her own path of self-discovery and unfolding awareness to courageously reign as her authentic self. She is eager to share her golden nuggets through keynote speeches, and individual/group coaching , with especially teens, to help them “jump start” their own sports car life.

Her techniques are innovative, interactive, and uniquely refreshing, offering a different “spin” on some age old concepts that thankfully have begun to flood the mainstream.

She draws on her own personal experiences of repeated sexual trauma, financial struggle, and that of wrestling with her sexual orientation, along with the resulting symptoms of fear, poor body image, low self-esteem, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, rage, depression and general negativity to help to guide her. Before her own personal transformation, she had created a familiar pattern of victimization and a poverty mindset which continued to bring to her life, just that....a beat up, outdated, run down Ford of an existence. She had run out of gas and had been sidelined from the joys that she believes life has the potential to offer all of us.

Mama G is absolutely passionate about her work. She is eager to share the tools, the strategies, the knowledge, and the wisdom that have helped her to create a more and more joyfully abundant life. As a recovering teen who has spent decades working with teens, and who is currently a mother of two teens, she believes she has the ability to connect in a powerful way!
