The warranty covers defects in craftsmanship, but does not include defects or damages attributable to normal weathering or defects caused by: accidents, fire, lightening, flood, earthquake, windstorms, windborne objects, ice, hail or other acts of God, or by vandalism, civil disorder, or harmful fumes, vapors, chemical pollutants, air pollution, mildew, fungus, salt, building settlement, structural failure of roof, walls, foundations or any part of the attached structure, or any other causes beyond the companys control.
