I work with Individuals, Couples, and Groups. I use Brain Training, Outcome Based Thinking, EFT Tapping, Healing Prayer, and various inner healing modalities. I also train Sozo and Inner Healing Teams as well as prayer teams for churches. And I love to do Seminars, Retreats and Classes.

I help people process through anxiety, identify negative cycles and exchange them with life-giving options, increase awareness to areas that are currently undermining goals, relationships, and joy, Establish vibrant connections within your mind, heart, and spirit.

I also work with couples to re-establish harmony, rekindle their friendship, and give exercises from the evidence-based methods of The Gottman Institute: “Enhance your love maps, Nurture your fondness and admiration, Turn toward each other instead of away, Let your partner influence you, Solve your solvable problems, Overcome gridlock, Create shared meaning.”

I became a Christian Counselor because I love the Lord and believe Him to be actively at work in our lives so of course I want that element in my practice. And it is my sincere belief that what we believe about God greatly affects our experiences in life, especially as a Christian. Praying during sessions dramatically increases the positive impact and long term success rate.
