We also consult with small business owners to help them make certain that they are and remain compliant with all the many tax liabilities that business ownership inherently comes with. There are many small business owners out there who have gotten into trouble by trying to save money by forgoing the bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation help that they needed from the very beginning, and now they may find themselves dealing with multiple letters and often even threats from the IRS or the State tax agencies. This is a very scary and embarrassing time for any taxpayer, but when you are running a small business you, usually have clients, employees, vendors, and myriad of other folks counting on you, and you don’t want to fail them or your dream.
