New construction designs in today’s building environment can be extremely daunting. Not only is the variety of available building materials very diverse, but material costs are skyrocketing. Mr. Onderka is very adept at evaluating the suitability of building materials for given structural applications, and developing cost-effective designs. Expansion and renovation programs involving the retooling, refitting, expansion and/or remodeling of existing structures are important challenges facing plant engineers and managers today. Meeting scheduled production start-up dates and conforming to codes and regulations while maintaining existing production facilities in an efficient manner is the key to a successful program.
