Derek manages and coordinates both Catastrophe and Daily Claims, he also handles a large majority of reconciliations in-office and will reach an agreed value assuring a fair and agreeable exchange is made between insureds' and their insurance providers. Derek is well versed in Claims Management, Site Inspections, Estimating, Sketch and Diagramming, Customer Service, Quality assurance and Regulatory Compliance.
