I am definitely not a dentist person, scariest place on earth to me! I had an abscess and needed a tooth extraction, I've never done that without being sedated but the dental technician, Ashley Beck was so excellent and professional at her job and she cared so much about the fact that I was just terrified to be there and she had me so calm and I did have the extraction without being sedated and she was by my side the entire time, talking to me and making sure I was okay at all times during the procedure, she explained in my language what a bone graft was and that it would be easier on me now to have it done than later if/when I decide to replace that tooth. She explained the entire procedure and then went over the expenses with me and it was all my choice. I opted for the bone graft at that time just in case. Dr. Moshea was the doctor who did my procedure and she was very caring and she too explained every step that was happening as she went along, she took the time, which most doctors can't be bothered doing for something very simple and she noticed my stress level and she kept me very calm, a true professional like I have not seen in a long time. She also noticed that I needed more numbing injections by my body language and she took care of it right away. So impressive in my opinion. This was an extremely impressive dental team working together and caring for this terrified patient in my book. If I am ever asked, I would recommend Comfort Dental in Crestview that is for sure. I felt so blessed that Ashley Beck and Dr. Moshea took the time and attention to ensure that I was comfortable with every step of the procedure. Thank you Ashley Beck for all of your support and your professionalism, you were a true Angel with me during a very stressful, dreaded procedure that I was terrified to even be in your office for and your encouragement and professionalism is something that is seen less and less everyday. I just want to let you know how very appreciated you are! And Dr. Moshea, you are an excellent professional to the Dental Field, there need to be more doctors like you in every medical office. Thank you for turning my worst nightmare (the dentist) into an extremely positive experience during the time I needed you both the most. Lori McKnight
