Chef Fernandes leads the culinary team at Isa’s Bistro after taking leave from the four-star Horizons restaurant at the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa. Fernandes also previously acted as the Executive Chef of Gabrielle’s at the Richmond Hill Inn.
