Specialty Medical Services, P.A. is a local, community-oriented, growing physical therapy practice serving the people of Harrison, New Jersey and its neighboring towns with specialty in spinal, orthopedic, post-operative and geriatric cases.

We offer personalized treatment to our patients with emphasis on “hands-on” techniques. We work closely with respectable orthopedic, family medicine/general practice, and pain management doctors in the area of Essex, Hudson and Passaic counties.

Our physical therapists are licensed professionals in the State of New Jersey with combined experience of more than 20 years helping numerous patients with musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions.
