Patrick Westerkamp, Arbitrator & Mediator

Conflict resolution has intrigued Pat Westerkamp ever since the First Grade when he broke-up a fight between two Third Graders.
After college, Pat joined the American Arbitration Association eventually becoming its NJ State Director. He next practiced labor/employment law, taught ADR as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall Law School, and served the community as a pro bono mediator.
Since 2005, he has been a full-time arbitrator and mediator of workplace disputes.
