We are in the business of helping active people of all ages become stronger, more mobile and free of injury. We get you back to doing what you love the most while avoiding medications, injections and surgery.

Utilizing a one on one care approach with all our clients, we use our physical therapy skills, sports medicine knowledge and experience to assist patients with prevention and treatment of injuries. We offer other unique services and programs such as post-injury running recovery and running technique instruction. Our therapists are certified technique specialists and help runners of all levels improve running efficiency and reduce risk injuries. Assistance with running instruction is provided one on one or in a small group. Local community running clinics are also offered throughout the year.
