Counselor Park

Description: My work is in helping clients overcome their fears and anxieties so they can become successful in their lives. My goal is to work myself out of a job, so I seek to equip and empower clients with tools. I have specialized training and supervision in providing art as therapy, EMDR therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, Christian counseling, and grief/forgiveness modules of gestalt therapy. I also utilize traditional therapies (CBT, DBT, REBT). I enjoy providing holistic care for individuals, couples, and families, Sexual abuse, trauma, anxitey, chronic health, grief, guilt and shame
