By actively participating in the search for your home, you save us time and money, so we pass the savings on to you!

We will give you 1% of the purchase price of your new home as a rebate at closing (dependent on us receiving at least 2.8% commission from the Builder).

In other words, when the Builder gives us our 2.8% commission at closing, we give you 1% — that’s almost 1/3rd of our commission.

It really is that simple!
