Annie has been a successful full time real estate agent since earning her license in 2000 when she began crafting her negotiating skills in the commercial industry field serving as a Property Manager and Leasing Specialist. Assisting in the commercial development process from start to finish gave her experience with initial inquiries, multi-tasking and finally, successful completion. Annie transitioned to residential sales in 2013 and she has been a multi-millions dollar producer, a company “Top 25 Agent” and a winner of the Silver Award of Excellence from the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors.
Annie’s vast referral business is evidence of the trusting and lasting relationships she establishes with her clients. A degree in Art History from the University of Tennessee coupled with her love for helping her clients buy and sell homes has led Annie to a partnership with Alliance Sotheby’s International Realty. Married for over 16 years and a proud mother of two children, Annie cherishes time with her family. She enjoys wine tasting, cooking, attending local shows, festivals and art galleries.
