We are Ardie and Gene, a retired couple who have long had a love of stained glass. The beauty and craftsmanship of handcrafted stained glass has always captivated us.

Ardie is a retired Women's Health nurse practitioner, who for many years moonlighted as an interior designer. Gene is a retired printer, whose last years in the printing industry was working on computerization. He has worked as a database consultant. Putting together our love of stained glass and our skills in interior design and computers, we formed Smashing Stained Glass & Lighting.
