I’m Sam Dyoke, the owner and founder of Arctic Air Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning.

All of us have dealt with companies that treated us like a number, cut corners on quality, or cared more about their bottom line than doing the right thing. We don’t think that’s right. The fact is, there’s a very simple philosophy that our business was funded on. We’re a family owned business that believes in treating our customers like family.

Since 2003, Arctic Air has been in business. During that time, we’ve worked hard to stand out from the competition. We’ve done that in a few ways. First, we’ve taken steps to make sure that the parts and equipment we utilize are of the highest quality. Whatever the time of day or year, we know it’s critically important for your HVAC and plumbing systems to work efficiently. The only way that can happen is by using the best possible hardware, and that’s what we do.

Second, while equipment is important, the skill and experience of the person using it matter even more. Our technicians are rigorously trained in a wide variety of plumbing and HVAC technologies. We’re also licensed in the state of New Jersey for home improvement, master plumbing, and master HVAC. Add to that over 20 years of industry experience. As a result, we’ve got the means to handle any problem that comes along.

Third, we’re passionate when it comes to doing the right thing by our clients. Word of mouth is the most powerful advertising tool there is, and an unhappy client will reach other people faster than any commercial. That’s why we’ll not only investigate and solve the root of the problem, we’ll also make sure there are no other issues that haven’t been discovered. If you have a question, we’ll listen. If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it. We’ll do all of that at a price that’s fair and reasonable.
