Dennis Beatty is a primary care physician at the University of Vermont Medical Center, who strives to build personal connections with his patients as well as foster long-term relationships with patients, their families, and their caregivers. He supports shared-decision making, and encourages each patient’s engagement in their own health care. He offers specialized procedures such as joint aspirations and injections as well as biopsies of skin lesions. Beyond his clinical responsibilities, his interests include teaching medical students and clinical reasoning.
