Homes with Heart® Real Estate, Inc. is a real estate, charitable-giving ministry that provides PREMIER, FULL SERVICE real estate brokerage services to home BUYERS AND SELLERS, and then donates a percentage of the sales commissions to the IRS-recognized 501(c)3 charity of our client's choice, in their name(s). The donation percentages are not insignificant; they range from 10 to 25% of the sales commission, depending upon the selling price of the home.
