The owner, Jerry Holbrook, was raised in the asphalt business by his grandfather, a northern Virginia paver from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Mr. Holbrook’s family grew alongside his business. Today, the Holbrook children (Jerry and his wife Rachel, Justin, and Jessica) play important roles in the company operations.
