Swallowtail Foods, LLC was founded by Jennifer Lopez in 2013. Jennifer’s love and passion for the culinary arts began 25+ years ago at California State Polytechnic University where she studied hospitality management, food science, & product/menu development. Jennifer continued her culinary passion working in the food & beverage industry for hotels & restaurants until she decided to venture off on her own creating Swallowtail Foods, LLC.
