We have had the pleasure of having bkny Contractors work on a couple home projects for us. Notably, last summer he completely resurfaced the front exterior of our house. Our house used to have a plain plywood front, but bkny Contractors suggested (completely his idea) the idea of covering it with Hardibacker siding boards. We were extremely pleased with how everything came out (it ended up having that classic clapboard look!) and had him replace much of the trim boards as well. After our house had a new paint job, it seriously looked like a new house! And I have the comfort of knowing that the Hardibacker material will last MUCH longer than standard plywood. I know that we got an amazing price and this job was done extremely professionally! I'm most impressed with bkny Contractors honesty. He has absolutely no problem showing you exactly how much the materials for your job cost (he'll even show you receipts!) so you know exactly how much you are paying in labor. He also offers much better prices for his work than I've seen from other contractors. Another aspect of bkny Contractors that I find impressive is that HE IS NOT AFRAID TO WORK IN HIS OWN NEIGHBORHOOD, which I think says a lot about the quality of work that he provides. In fact, he just recently installed new vinyl windows in our neighbor's house and they look beautiful!

We honestly can't say enough good things about Bkny Contractors. My husband and I were at a loss for next steps after a fire and these guys came in, and immediately got started. What I can say is that bkny Contractors is an honest business man, fair, trustworthy, and reliable- they came to do a thorough walk through, came in several times to check in, and was always upfront about cost and timing. bkny Contractors got the work done without a hitch, they listened and cared about everything we wanted, but also were not afraid to tell us if something needed to change or wouldn't work in our space. They kept on timeline and were always going above and beyond what we asked. Hands down we would have bkny Contractors and his team work with us again and I hope anyone we know uses them for their future needs. Amazing job!

Bkny Contractors’s team took my ugly bathroom to beautiful. Listened to all my wants as I wanted to keep it retro but modern. We did a black, white, and gray color scheme. Very easy to communicate with and stuck with our plan and didn't try and sway me in a different direction like a lot of contractors do.
