Known under a variety of names over the last 40 years, The Parrot’s Head Tavern opened on Jan. 4, 2011 after an extensive remodel. The current owner, who purchased the property in 2010, is a massive Jimmy Buffet fan. Aside from being a parrot head, he’s also established a reputation for having the cleanest bar in the San Angelo, TX area.
