Parc Bistro is a wonderful addition to the Banker's Hill neighborhood. They have traditional French bistro cuisine with a broad wine list and helpful staff. The owner is very friendly. We went for Happy Hour recently and really had a great time. We were a largish group and tried almost every appetizer on the menu, and everything was great. We especially loved the escargot (garlic-y but not too garlic-y). I've been there for lunch and the French onion soup was delicious as well. I went to a small private party there in their back party room and everyone seemed to love what they chose. I haven't heard or experienced anything but great food and a great time here. I highly recommend dropping by.
