Dog Eat Dog Fitness works diligently to inspire and empower others to take their power back.

I want to give people hope! To compel people to take action, to inspire and motivate people to chase their dreams, make them reality. In sharing my story, I show people in a raw and real way that they too can do this. There is no magic, you just need the proper tools and mindset.

Our programs have all been designed from the perspective of, "what is the best thing for the client"? I believe that having constant accountability is really crucial. It is also important to have a support system. Support is something that is almost always lacking for people who are just beginning

We offer a community and support. Dog Eat Dog is a subscriber based program, routines are sent out on a weekly basis, our clients are tracked and are accountable. Our fitness platform has illustrations and even videos showing proper form. It is very advanced, we have some phenomenal technology. Clients can choose from various programs depending on how involved they want to be with me, they can even workout at home! DEDFIT has streaming video classes and so much more.
