Marsha Strange has been an entrepreneur since 1994 and has been a Realtor for 11 years opening her own Brokerage in 2009. She was awarded the Rising Star Award from the Board of the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR) where she has been a member since becoming a Licensed Realtor, She also was awarded the Top Producer Award for a Franchise Company she was affiliated with prior to opening her own Firm.
Marsha Strange holds a designation as a Certified Luxury Home Specialist (CLHS) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), she has numerous hours in Continued Education, and holds a degree in Marketing and Advertisement. She has worked every aspect of the Real Estate Industry representing Sellers, Buyers, Investors, and Banks, in both Residential and Commercial markets.
She has maintained her previous license as a Cosmetologist and is a Salon Owner in the Albuquerque area. She enjoys the Art of Hair, Fashion, Art in general, and Interior Design.
