Mind Your Muscle is not just a program, it’s the solution. In order to make real, lasting changes, you have to become Mindful of Your Muscles.
Muscle mass is really healthy for your body. It allows you to burn more energy so you can eat more food. It makes you stronger. It also helps generally keep your bodily systems (especially your hormones) in balance and functioning properly. And in order to build that muscle, you have to give it the right stuff. This is where being mindful comes in.
With that new awareness, when you eat something, it won’t be because your stomach growled or your sweet tooth beckoned. It’ll be because your muscles need to grow. And you don’t want to build them with just anything. You want to make sure they’re strong. So in turn you give your body healthy foods to use in the process. It builds higher quality mass, and over time you feel better. That feeling better takes all the mental anguish out of the equation. It no longer feels like dieting, and exercising no longer feels like effort. In fact, most people find they start looking forward to that part of the day.
Minding Your Muscle is the key to making change for good. And to make sure you get the results that drive it forward, I’m here to help every step of the way. When I design your program, your body becomes my responsibility, and I treat it as if it were my own.
Helping another person feel truly better and improve their life is what motivates me to do this. The human element of going through the transformation together is what gives my life meaning. I could’ve taken my aptitude for problem-solving and applied it to lots of things, but I chose this because it’s important to me, and it allows me to live out what I believe in. Nothing makes me happier than when a client tells me I've helped them feel better than they ever thought possible.
