James Charles Welsh, MD is a board certified family medicine physician serving as Chair of Family Medicine at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Being in practice for more than 20 years, he is committed to meeting his patients’ needs and developing meaningful connections with them.
