Bradshaw Ghavami Group was founded in 2011 at ReeceNichols Overland Park. We built our team with the goal of doing business the right way; to provide the very best service to our clients in both residential and commercial real estate. Our group also includes the commercial business of KCcommercial.net. Over time, our team has grown and the group is now comprised of three partners/real estate consultants – Brice Bradshaw (commercial), Laurie Bradshaw and Majid Ghavami – four real estate consultants, an operations manager and marketing manager. Our team approach allows us to serve our clients seamlessly and adds to quick accessibility. In 2015, Bradshaw Ghavami Group closed more than $51 million in sales and ranked as the No. 5 producing team at ReeceNichols. We were also named the top team at the Overland Park branch for the third consecutive year.
