Real Estate is my passion and calling and I am truly blessed to have a profession I love so much! I have been selling Real Estate since 2003 and am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. I am a born native to Kansas City and serve both sellers and buyer in the Greater Kansas City area.

I am a proud fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals. In 1988, I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri in Kansas City. I'm a Nana and have 7 wonderful grandchildren, one of which, Nicolette, who lives with me. She is 4 years old and has multiple disabilities. Nicolette is a tremendous blessing to everyone she meets and is the reason I am an active supporter of organizations who work with Special Needs Children. I also volunteer for CASA which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate. CASA provides legal representation to abused and neglected children. My role as a volunteer is to speak for the best interests of these children in court and to also help in finding them a safe, permanent homes.



My specialties are working with both First Time Homebuyers, Military families and Foreclosures including other distressed properties such as Short Sales, Probate, and Estate homes. I love the professional and personal satisfaction of educating families to the metro Kansas City Area Real Estate market. I have a keen eye for locating distressed properties all over the city for clients whether they’re an investor or homebuyer. Many of today’s buyers want a good deal and are willing to fix up the home themselves. With that are many great rehab financing options too so be sure to let me know if that is something you want to explore.

Lastly, I want to mention the honorable awards I received over the course of my career in Real Estate. I have received this award for 7 years in a row or since 2011. Both awards are given for exceptional customer service, knowledge and reputation and authenticate the level of service I provide all my clients.
