Deborah Magraw is a second generation Realtor® with strong negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of luxury homes and condominiums in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Palm Beach County. She takes pride in her tireless work ethic, a highly motivated agent with a strong, entrepreneurial background, consistent track record of customer satisfaction, and dedication to helping clients complete successful, seamless transactions that fulfill all their wants and needs.

In 2012, Deborah completed specialized training in marketing and selling luxury homes and earned the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She also holds a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier credential in seller representation, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, indicating she is specially qualified to address the real estate needs of those 50 years of age or above.

A West Virginia native, Deborah grew up as and remains part of a large close knit family. She loves spending time with her family, children and grandchildren. At 11 years old she relocated to Maryland with her parents for her father's work where she finished school, married, raised her children and owned and operated retail food stores. She was very active in the local chambers and numerous volunteer organizations and local politics. Deborah relocated in 2005 to Palm Beach County. She enjoys the South Florida lifestyle, boating and sailing the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic and Caribbean. She's also passionate about international travel, with recent visits, Egypt, Tibet, Italy, Peru, China, and most recently to Tahiti and New Zealand.
