These folks are great! Someone broke into my car after hours while I was visiting Bagdad, KY, leaving a shattered window on a rainy night. They came out at 9 pm to put a sheet over the window and guide me to their shop. Then they gave me a lift to my hotel. They repaired the window straight away the next morning, and drove out to pick me up again. Not the cheapest, but who could ask for better speed or service? Wonderful people. Highly recommended.

It's very difficult for me to leave such a high review for a towing company, a notoriously difficult industry to work with. However, I have to say, the service I received warrants it. Without going into too much detail, I was caught in quite a catch-22 with my burned vehicle and was at the mercy of O'Nan's Towing & Recovery. Crew were very helpful and concerned with helping me deal and understand my situation as opposed to just trying to take advantage of it. Very grateful for their help and assistance. Thanks again.
