For most of my professional life I was the woman sitting in the back seat of a hired car service or taxi for business travel. Like many, my experience with town car companies and taxi services has been hit or miss. On more than one occasion did I hesitate when some questionable looking driver, arriving late, motioned me into the back of his taxi or town car. Love Carmel's Taxi Limo! I've used this service for 3+ years with nothing less than exemplar service every time!. Our now 20 year old daughter who started attending college in Cleveland, Ohio in the fall of 2014. We live in Southern California so I wanted to find a SAFE and reliable car service to transport her to and from Hopkins Airport in Cleveland from CWRU. I had the good fortune of finding Carmel's Taxi Limo on Yelp. She was the highest rated service in the area and she was a woman! A big plus! I called and spoke to Carmel herself. A consummate business woman and a mother herself. From the first conversation I knew I had found a gem in the rough! Her prices were slightly more than a standard cab (I checked) but not by much. And frankly, I'd pay twice the price for this level of service and the peace of mind. On more than one occasion my daughter's flight has landed hours late in Cleveland and Carmel's Taxi Limo was waiting and at no extra charge to transport her back to campus and waited till she was safe inside before they pulled away. My daughter has gotten to know Carmel over the years and loves her. Carmel's Taxi Limo is great. I Love this service!
