Crime & Homicide Scenes: After the investigation is complete we are there to remediate the scene impacted by the committing of a violent act involving a crime, fatal assault, or homicide that has resulted in bloodshed and the discharge of other bodily fluids.
Suicides & Traumatic Injuries: Involves the remediation of a scene back to habitable pre-incident condition that had been impacted by a suicide or traumatic injury involving the shedding of bodily fluids.
Decomposition or Unattended Deaths: Remediation of scenes that involve people who have not been discovered before rigor mortis has set in. In most cases the bodies are not discovered for 5 or more days after death has occurred.
Hoarding Syndrome: Involves the remediation of a residence where a person has collected an excessive quantity of items. Every hoarding remediation is different, so we design a customized plan to assist our clients in the best way possible.
Gross Filth: Most commonly involves a residence or vehicle that has been very poorly maintained.
Decontamination: Involves eliminating known and unknown health hazards like Staph Infections or areas impacted by the bodily fluids of a person with Aids or Hepatitis.
Unattended Pets or Pet Hoarding: Involves the remediation of scenes where pets have been left unattended for extended periods of time causing the accumulation of urine and feces in a residence. Pet hoarding causes problems stemming from the collecting of too many animals to be properly cared for which results in a residence that isn't suitable for the pet owner or animals to live in.
Odor Elimination: We are able to remedy bad odor situations such as death, food, pet and smoke related odor issues.
