We train in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These arts emphasize smaller, weaker people being able to defeat larger attackers through distance management, economy of time, motion and energy. Highest percentage techniques are learned in the four ranges of close quarters combat which are kicking, punching, traping and grappling.
