Hands down the best movers in San Francisco. The movers showed up early and had my entire apartment packed in one hour. They brought all equipment and wrapped all furniture carefully. Not one thing was broken or damaged in any way. The entire move was very smooth. They also managed to disassemble and reassemble several pieces of furniture within the quoted time as well!

I can't praise highly enough about Big Ben’s Moving. They were punctual, efficient and careful with our furniture and also helpful in making decisions about where furniture should be arranged. Really great movers at a really reasonable price! They finished the move under six hours without any damage to my any item. Everything was packed up really well and they didn't waste a single minute getting the things out of the apartment, down to the truck and up to my new apartment! Couldn't be happier!

There is no better moving service out there. I've used them three times now and each time it has been the same high quality experience. They are incredibly respectful, professional, prepared and courteous. I would trust nobody else to move my things and I recommend you don't either.

I appreciate that before actually moving our stuff, they had a videographer come in and actually record all of our high end items. This ensured if anything were to happen during the move we would be reimbursed for damage. Of course, no damage occurred, they are far too professional for that, however, it does add an extra level of peace of mind to the entire process, knowing your assess are being protected.

Okay, so the move is officially done and this is my follow up review. As I expected, the remainder of the move (actually packing everything, moving it, and unpacking), went as smoothly as I thought it would. They handled everything with the utmost care and respect and ensured everything arrived in one piece without any damage. They also unpacked our things for us and they probably put it all in order better than we would have been able to. They really know what they are doing and I am very satisfied with the service I received from them!

Just had an unbelievable move with Big Ben's! I received an email the day before confirming the time of the move and asking me if I had any new items to move, making sure they had the correct number of men. My time frame to pick up was 8am and they were outside my house at 7.50am! Really fast, courteous, efficient and responsible! The easiest and most pleasurable move I have ever done!
