I called them because I had a bad experience with another glass place and the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and pleasant. She said she would call me back with an appointment time and she did so very promptly. Their guy came out, evaluated the situation and took care of it right away. Their price was fair and they seem to be real professionals! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

This company is fantastic. We've worked with many contractors. We hired Custom Cut to install a shower door in our guest house. We explained that we were on a very tight timeline as we were finishing the guest house for guests arriving within days. Due to other work being done to the house, there were even more complications with the timing. Manager and team did everything they could to make sure we could get our door done on time. They did a fantastic job AND with incredible speed (not something I typically can say about contractors!). It also helps that manager is a very nice guy.

They give me a very honest quote over the phone when I first contact them last week, which was 30% less than other competitors. They sent out the worker measured my shower at the same day, then followed up a few times to confirm the hardware and glass thickness with me. By then I already impressed by their service. Today the team showed up and installed the shower door for me. It's beautiful and exactly what I wanted and imagined. Because my building wall is not even, took them 4 hours to finish the job instead of 2. They are very professional and friendly, didn't complain at all, didn't ask for more money, finished every detail even cleaned up after themselves. I can't wait to use my shower tomorrow!!! I contacted Custom Cut Glass just over a month ago based on my research on the Internet. I spoke to Manager about having a shower door put in. I scheduled an appointment for him to come out and prepare an estimate for me. Manager showed up on time and was very professional. He knew what he was doing. My shower door needed a little custom work and Manager quoted me a price that was better then some other companies for their basic shower doors. I placed the order and the shower doors and glass were delivered and installed as planned. The only issue I encountered was that a part of the new glass got scratched during the installation. I called manager and told him what happened. Within a couple days a new piece of glass was cut and he came and installed it. He handled the issue with total professionalism.

Look no further, if you are looking to buy a shower door. Custom Cut's is the best by far, in price, installation, promptness and everything else you can think of. Their glass was so much cheaper than any place else we looked at. It cost us about 1/4 of what everyone else quoted us. They came out measured for our shower door and we looked at a catalog picked out the one we wanted and that was it. It was installed on the day they said they it would be installed and they could not have been any nicer and polite. If it wasn't for Custom Cut's we really could not have gotten the door that we wanted.

I have turned to manager and Custom Cut Glass for my glass needs for almost 10 years. From a 5' x 5' shower partition to a 25' glass wall, all the way down to 4" x 24" glass louvers. A few years back, manager and his son went way beyond my expectations by helping me install a 6' x 10' plate glass window, that took over 2 hours (because of my lack of proper preparation). They were nothing but friendly and professional the whole time. I'm working on a 7' x 7' hanging frameless glass door now, so will be calling them soon! Highly recommend Custom Cut Glass.

As good as a contractor can get! These guys are prompt, have good prices, easy to communicate with and absolute professionals! We have a couple of shower stalls that needed simple glass with chrome fixture shower glass doors. I found Custom Cut Glass on the Internet, called them, and within 5 minutes had a quote and an appointment set up with manager! He is just as nice and friendly. I believe he came out to measure on a Friday and showed us the parts and accessories, told us the doors would be ready the following Tuesday (and he called first thing Tuesday morning to confirm they were indeed ready!), and 2 days later they were installed! These guys are quick too, I don't think the installation for the 2 doors took more than 1.5 hrs. I am so impressed by the high quality of the products, the installation, and the overall experience. I wish all contractors could be this good!

These guys are great. Super nice, skilled, and easy to deal with. I went to their shop to choose glass for my kitchen cabinet doors, which they installed promptly and well. Based on that good experience, I had them make and install the shower door for my guest bathroom.Their prices were reasonable, they completed and installed it on schedule, and it looks great. Be advised, their shop is small, funky, and in a garage, pretty much. But their work is elegant and professional--I get compliments on it all the time. Highly recommended.

There's a reason these guys have a solid 5 stars on here! I've used Custom Cut to install a frameless shower door, do a custom mirror, and replace a broken piece of glass in a window and was happy every single time. I've never actually been to the shop since they quote prices over the phone and come to you to do all of the work, so I can't speak to what that looks like, but their prices are great and more importantly, the end product is great. Everything was installed on time, as promised, and looked and felt high quality. The guy who came to measure the shower enclosure was super nice and very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure how high to go with the door and he helped me figure things out. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

These guys are great. Super fast, super friendly, super competent. What we ordered: custom frameless shower enclosure for a steam shower; and a sliding shower door for tub. What we got: beautiful enclosure and door. Manufacture was quick, and installation was done with great care and per our availability. Although we didn't compare prices since they seemed like good people to hire (and they were) and everyone on the Internet had already commented that their prices were great, my sense is that we got a very good price as well. We are now considering putting a glass top on our table. If we do, we'll certainly hire Custom Cut Glass to make it. If you need a shower door, I can't recommend these guys more highly.

A small issue with our door, which I think is unique to us. BUT manager came out to make sure everything was working properly and to make a couple of adjustments. He stands by his work and wants to make his customers happy. (He even returned my message even though he was traveling out of the country.)

I hardly ever post on the Internet, though I do utilize it when in need. But manager at Custom Cut Glass was first-rate. He came the next day, fixed the problem, and charged me a reasonable amount. Really top quality work and delivered/installed exactly when they said it would be. We had a shower door installed yesterday, the guys took their time (2 hours) to be absolutely precise for the fit and finish. Our shower now looks like a museum piece, incredible. They did take a couple of days to get back to me initially when I called and got voicemail, but I imagine they are very busy with the quality of work they do and at a price that I cannot imagine anyone can beat. Be patient and don't wait until the last minute to try and get them in to your place. Very highly recommend these guys.

So happy I found Custom Cut Glass on the Internet. My 1947-built house had the original stall shower door that gapped and leaked. I called on a Tuesday and the man came to measure on Wednesday and my fabulous new non-leaking shower door was installed on Monday morning. Had never bought a shower door before but the price seemed more than fair. Excellent phone service, home visit to measure and then installation. Just wish I had another shower so I could order another new door!! I would CERTAINLY recommend this business to others!

Great experience with Custom Cut Glass. Manager was our lead installer and was very knowledgeable. I had a couple small issues with how they shower glass lined up with the tile, because the tile installer did not put it in straight, but Manager was able to figure it out so everything looks great. We went through a bathroom remodel and wanted a nice glass bathtub enclosure - but didn't want to deal with our contractor for any minute longer than we absolutely had to. Initial call was returned promptly by manager, I got a quote right over the phone, after texting him some photos of our remodeled bathtub as well as the rough dimensions. Once we decided that we'd go with Custom Cut, he came out on a Saturday (!) to measure, and it turns out the final price was even a bit less than the initial quote. Yay! Thursday the following week I got a call that our doors were ready for install - and they would have even come out that same day except we ran into some problems on our end (turns out the contractor had damaged our brand-new tub ... but that's a different story). While I was freaking out over the damaged tub, manager again was incredibly helpful, postponed installation of the doors, no questions asked. When we did end up installing the doors, the team was great - and very careful. The result: awesome new bathroom with beautiful new glass doors. Highly recommend Custom Cut Glass and if we ever need more glass shower doors, they'll be the first company we'll call.

After calling a few glass shop to get an estimate pricing for my dining table top replacement. Few days of of research, I knew Custom Cut Glass was the best place to do business with. Manager was a straight honest man, his humor sometimes can be taken the wrong way if you don't have a sense of humor. However, is nothing personal and just business. My transaction was very easy. They will work with me to arrange pick up at a later time even I was unable to pick up the glass table top immediately after custom fabrication. When I was ready to pick up, they load the glass on to my truck. They added foam corners to protect it from cracking during transit. The price was the best I got after comparing with 3 other glass shop in the NY area. If you need a piece of glass of any size, I would recommend calling around and find what is the best price you got and than call Custom Cut Glass last and let them know where and what price you have gotten. I am pretty sure they will match it or beat it for you. If you need a piece of glass, this is the place to go. Did I also mention, they have a very well informative website on glass with exact pricing. If I have any glass needs in the future I will definitely call them first...

I've purchased almost 20 + pieces of glass from Custom Cut Glass and recommend them to everyone. I went with tempered glass for my deck and had a lot of odd measurements and everyone was perfectly executed. I'm going to be getting my mirrors from them as well in the future. Was able to communicate via email and phone and everything was promptly done. They have great service and are conveniently located off the highway. I just pulled up and several workers loaded my glass into my truck and got extra cardboard to keep it safe. Extremely nice, I've tried just about everywhere and this is the best for any project large or small.

I decided to do my shower install myself and save $600. I had two big pieces of 3/8" tempered glass with holes drilled. I found Custom Cut Glass on the net and was impressed with their simple to use ordering website. manager called me the next day with a great price and I emailed him the dimensions and the spec drawing for the holes using the Hydro-Slide system. The order was done in 2 days exactly as spec'd. Very easy to deal with and manager gave me a Snickers bar for the drive up. Hands on customer service from the owner and definitely deserving of my future business.

I needed a glass top for my table in less than 24 and was thrilled I found Custom Cut Glass. The gentleman patiently answered my series of questions and we decided on which table top best met my needs. If you are looking for custom sized glass and a quick turn around, I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. I needed a piece of glass same day; I wanted to get a good match on the broken pane I was repairing, so I brought in a sample. They matched it, cut it while I waited, charged me an incredibly reasonable price, and had me one my way within 15 minutes or so. They have a wonderful shop and a friendly helpful crew. Like everyone in NY , I'm a busy working professional with little time to be running errands, let alone finding/transporting glass pieces... Let me back up... I called Custom Cut Glass looking for a piece of glass with rolled edges to cover my Custom Cut's antique desk for his office as a birthday gift. Had a few days off of work so decided to finally get my cracked desk protector replaced. Placed an order on Monday morning with manager and he had it ready by Wednesday morning at 8 AM. When I picked it up he was exceedingly friendly, helped me to make sure it was safe and secure in the bed of my truck, and gave me a candy bar for the road.
