Do yourself a big favor and go to another medical practice~ We've been treated poorly both personally-in the rudeness!!!!! factor (although I must say Kuzio himself has a good bedside manner~but don't hold your breath trying to see him!) and most importantly MEDICALLY!! No one really seems to care about the patient there. All sorts of incompetence with his staff!! And THEY DON'T CARE!! Go to Robin Loe or James Elsbree on Mars Hill. Look up their ratings!! Look up Kuzio's!! What a difference!!! It's so sad that a medical doctor allows his office to run this way. Does he know the bad rep he's getting? Surely he's aware of losing patients and for what reasons. Maybe he's in it for the $$ and going to retire soon....and sell off his practice....that would make sense, providing that there are patients left. He better sell soon!

Kuzio Daniel J Md - Acworth Family Medicine is HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE STAFF! Please stay away! The nurse practitioner, Julie Grazier, decided that during my teenage daughter's physical instead of going over her health and any concerns, she would tell her that she had self-esteem issues because she wears her hair over part of her face. She wanted to know if my daughter knew what others were thinking of her when she looked like that. What her classmates thought of her. My daughter is an abuse survivor and feels more comfortable being covered up. There is nothing wrong with how she looks. She is a child trying to find her identity. She walked out of there feeling like there is something wrong with her, that she's just not good enough. After years of getting my daughter to love and accept herself for who she is this lady decides to break her down and make her feel horrible about herself! STAY AWAY!

I agree with the statements below, this is the WORST medical practice I have EVER seen! I am no longer a patient of Acworth Family Medicine. IF you can ever get someone on the phone, many times you wish you hadn't, they are SO rude and short with you. EVERYONE there hates their job, it is more than obvious! I had a horrible meeting with the same NP, Julie. I had received an appointment that was the last of the day and I was coming in to discuss a new weight loss prescription that was on the market. This NP came in with her keys in her hand and her purse on her wrist, obviously ready to go, and asked me why I was there. I asked her about this prescription and instead of answering my question she got on her soap box and told me that there is no magic pill and that if I wanted to lose weight I needed to get off the couch and stop eating so much. She hadn't offered up any suggestions, she didn't ask me what I was currently doing, NOTHING! Stunned, I didn't have anything to say, an

I was absolutely shocked when I came upon these negative reviews against Dr Kuzio and his staff. Our family has been seeing Dr. Kuzio and Julie for our medical needs for 7 years now and are very pleased with Dr Kuzio, Julie and the entire staff. It is generally very easy to get a same day appointment when you call early in the a.m.. If they are booked they try to work you in when it is a sick visit. They are all very professional and respectful of their patients. I am not one to write reviews online, but couldn't stand by and let people slam this wonderful family Dr. and his staff.
