I called specialist on a Sunday before Memorial Day and I was surprised he was working, He came to measure my window to (for replacement) the very same day and on Wednesday he came back to install it, I followed his suggestion to use laminated glass for safety and I'm really happy with the results. "Some things in life are worth every penny. I had a soundproof window installed in my bedroom 3 months ago and it has improved my life markedly. I sleep so much sounder now. When you open the window you hear just how noisy the street is. Night and day. An added benefit of the window is that it regulates the climate in my room. I haven't turned on my a/c in that room all summer. Service here was great also. The installers were courteous, on time and very professional. This was not a cheap investment. These guys are the best!! I called around for the best price for a 30in round cut glass. Even if i had found a cheaper a place i still would have gone here. manager was so personable on the phone I couldnt not give him my business. When I arrived they got me what a needed. I also got 2 discounts!!! THEY offered it for a couple things about the glass. I bought a dining table after I moved last November and wanted to get a protector for it. I did some researches online and made phones call for multiple estimates and never found one who can meet my budget. Finally, found this place online and was impressed by their website. The website not only has a lot of useful info to help me narrow down my selections but also gives me all the pricing info. I really appreciate the website so I don't have to make any phone calls before I made my final decision. So, I bookmark the website and finally make a phone call few weeks later. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and gave me $5 off per piece (It's a 10% off for me) since I made my research online. The glass was ready a day later even I can only come pick it up a week after. Lastly, the glass was loaded securely with their help. I've contacted almost every glass company that sells smoked tempered glass in the NY area, and these guys were the only ones that took me seriously, gave me prices on new glass, worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed. We bought a new dining table and decided to put a glass top on it so as to protect the wood surface. The table is 54" X 54". We came across the Artlook Glass website and found more than enough information to make a decision on what to purchase. We compared the information we found with other sites and found that most of what we already read on the company website was scattered in bits and pieces of other websites. In other words, Artlook Glass is very thorough in helping the customer. Artlook Glass gave me a really good price and said it would be finished in a few days. Best custom glass in New York. Their price was literally half of every other bid I could get and that made a very ambitious glass markerboard feature in an interior design possible. Further, the order was ready as specified, swiftly, and owner manager could not have taken more care or given greater attention to the details. It's very rare to find such competent service in any business. I'll be looking closely for what else I can make out of glass, just for an excuse to work with Artlook Glass again.

Great sales staff! They were very helpful and knowledgeable both times I've ordered from them. I had a 8' x 18" x 3/8" table topper made with clear tempered glass and it was precisely perfect. Tempering was a very small amount more, and well worth it IMO. I also ordered a mirror for a Tansu style leaning mirror I built. The mirror is completely clean, with no visible distortions. Their prices are pretty good, I guess, but I don't have much experience ordering custom glass for my projects. It's custom work, and done to VERY high quality standards. I got what I paid for: excellent quality done fast. I recommend them! I'll be back.

They were wonderful and their customer service was amazing! not only did they do a good job on perfecting the glass I now have at home, they also gave me snickers chocolate and almost gave me a baby kitten :) LOL Really though, if you need custom work done this is the place to go! Initially there was a mixup with the finish date due to a holiday being sandwiched in the week. I had a party planned and was counting on my table being finished and it was but not until 2 hours before the party started and right before Artlook Glass closed. I was upset but manager's response blew me away. Instead of having to wait until the next day or drive down during rush hour traffic and not make it back before the party was supposed to start, he offered to drive the glass up and meet me halfway. I was floored. Talk about taking customer service to the next level! I meet him in a parking lot, made the exchange in time to lay the glass and set up appetizers and drinks for the night. Ordered all my glass top requirements for my dining table, living room set center and side tables, bedroom dresser and side tables, and TV stand from Artlook Glass. It was all delivered within a week! Now that's what I call quality service. Btw, make sure you measure all your Furnitures precisely. Do not rely on the measurements given by the factory that goes with your furniture the first time you bought it. More often than not, those measurements are not accurate. I have to agree with all the good reviews here!!I purchased three computer desks in white color, so it is super easy to get dirts or stains on them. Just like any other wood products, these are definitely NOT water resistant. So I decided to buy some glass protector tops to keep them nice and neat. I did quite a bit of research and Artlook Glass had the best reviews. So I made a call, manager was very friendly and helpful, it only took 5 mins to complete the order. Do your own measurement in order to get the right tops! I am glad that manager asked me to measure it myself. My desk says 48"" x 24"" from the factory, but when I measured it, it turned out to be 47 3/4"" x 23 3/4"". 1/4"" can make a big difference when placing on top of the desk!!!!! So make sure you listen to manager! I ordered it on Monday and received a call from another very nice person on Friday morning telling me my order was ready to pick up. Upon arrival, the staffs at the will call station came to me immediately to assist me, just as nice as manager. I live a bit far from Artlook Glass, took me 40 mins to get there and almost an hour to drive home because of the Friday traffic. But it was worth the drive because they have excellent service and the best price too!!! I would definitely go back if I need any other glass products in the future and recommend to my friends.

Very easy to deal with! Manager is a funny guy on the phone as well. They finished my custom table top protector in 3 days. Fit was spot on and the price was very fair. Just know you typically need to pick up your order from them yourself. Would definitely do business with Artlook Glass again!

"I will start by saying that I have rarely if ever experienced the level of customer service as I did with Artlook Glass. I have a table that is around 25 years old with two glass panels. Even though they measured the panel I brought in it didn't fit. When I called them, the following occurred: 1. They picked up the glass from my house within the hour (my luck they had a driver near me). 2. They cut it and dropped it off the same day and waited to make sure I fit it in. Pretty unbelievable experience for a first time client whose order was under $100. Will use them again without question and recommend anyone I know to use them. One of a kind service."
