Onesto Lofts

The 12-story building features 45 units on the 10 upper floors, each of which have a fantastic view of downtown Canton. Residents of the Historic Onesto Lofts enjoy the ambience of 1930’s elegance in the building’s public areas like the mezzanine lobby. Apartments have the historical touches of the building’s original composition but with today’s modern luxuries and conveniences.

Standard one- and two-bedroom apartments range from 820 square feet to 1,125 square feet. If you’re looking for additional space beyond what’s available, larger units can be created by combining adjacent apartments. These larger apartments can range from approximately 1,700 square feet by combining suites three and four to nearly 2,000 square feet by combining suites one and two.

All of our new apartments have modern features including hardwood floors, granite countertops, tile flooring in the kitchen and baths, stainless steel appliances and private laundry facilities. Each unit also includes a secure parking space in the attached parking deck with private entry into the building.
