It all started with a vision, a desire to work hard, and also curiosity of what was in our food and where it came from. After working for many years in different restaurant cultures, the Fortunes Family decided to do something different and agreed to focus in the Chinese cuisine.

For many months we reworked Chinese food recipes and always tasted the food until one day we discovered a next to perfect taste on one of the recipe sauces we cook the bulk of our Chinese food with. We decided to call it the “fortunes” recipe. The name was decided after years of success with our special sauce recipe.

We cook our food with only all natural meats, no added MSG, no Preservatives, no artificial colors and the best part is a fresh taste within the meal. Fresh Chinese takeout is always better! We believe in knowing what goes in our family’s food and where it comes from. We also believe that one of our biggest fortunes is our health. We are an all natural fast food restaurant, and we just want you and your family to know that what we bring to the table is a fresh FORTUNES meal.
