Johnson Controls, will be soliciting qualification and Firm Fixed Pricing from subcontractors and material suppliers for the construction of The City of Austin, COA Project No. 11222.001, The ABIA – Terminal/Apron Expansion and Improvements Project, Austin, TX. Proposal Package 7A consists of Package 3C & 3E – Existing Terminal Improvements and New Terminal Expansion Selective Demo, All Low Voltage Conduit/Power Mgmt./Lighting Ctrl/ 3C & 3E, DDC (HVAC) 3C & 3E, Fire Alarm 3C & 3E Telecommunications, 3C & 3E Security, 3C & 3E Paging/EVIDS 3C & 3E, and Drawing/Submittal Coordination/BIM 3C & 3E. The Proposal Package will be available on December 27, 2016 by contacting our office, mentioned below. Proposal selection will be on a best value basis. We will accept sealed Firm Fixed Price bids with Qualifications for this package at our office, 10211 ½ Hotel Dr., Austin, TX 78719 on January 25, 2017 by 5:00 PM. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2016, 9:30 AM – 12:30 AM Hilton Austin Airport, 9515 Hotel Drive, Austin, TX, in the Chennault Room. Sign-In and SSI document signing will Start at 9:30AM, Presentation 10:00AM until 11:30AM, and Social 11:30AM - 12:30PM with pastries and drinks provided. All City of Austin Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. Johnson Controls has committed to supplying 14.00% DBE participation on this scope of work.
