3d Brows Academy offers courses for the inexperienced and experienced brow professionals. 3D Brows founder/head instructor Patty Willardsen is a state licensed instructor and has been awarded multiple certifications in Permanent Make up and Skin Care. Patty has taken her years of experience as master esthetician along with her command and understanding of the permeant make up into a comprehensive training program to help others master the art of cosmetic tattooing (microblading/shading).
