Toppers was founded in 2000.

I have been in the food service industry 30+ years. I enjoy serving people, and creating a meal customers would enjoy and return for more amazing meals.

I managed and owned restaurants through the years. I took a position that really allowed me to create menu items. I so enjoyed that position. And assumed several positions in that same area.

Toppers was Born in my first position as Kitchen Manager. It all started in Buena Vista County, Iowa. The recipe followed me from the place I was employed to other positions I held as Kitchen Manager.
